Meet Dr. K

Your Visit

Dr. Sheiva Keshmiri studied Biochemistry at the University of California at Northridge before attending UCLA School of Dentistry in 1991. Dr. “K” received her DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) in June 1995 and spent a further year at UCLA to complete her residency as a General Practitioner. As part of her continuing education, she has since completed special training in Orthodontics (three years), Implantology (9 months at USC), Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Pediatric (children) dentistry, care for gums and numerous infection control programs.

Dr. K has been working in private practices concentrating on family dentistry in Southern California and in Las Vegas since 1996. She particularly enjoys working with children and young adults which is reflected in her professional qualification. Dr. K is now a resident of Las Vegas and is the president and owner of Sahara Dental Center.

As part of our total patient care policy, our staff will ensure that you spend the least amount of time waiting to be seen. Our waiting area and treatment rooms are comfortable with plenty of natural light, and are equipped with television sets for your entertainment and enjoyment.

We believe in educating and consulting our patients during examination and diagnosis. For this reason the doctor will use digital X-rays (computerized image) and intra-oral camera to demonstrate the need for any treatment and educate you in preventative steps that you can take to improve your oral health. Also you will always be given a written estimated plan for your treatment before any work is done.
