Health and Safety Computer Imaging Digital X-Ray Service We follow the regulations of ADA, O.S.H.A. for antiseptic and sterilization procedures. We use disposable gloves, masks, needles, saliva ejectors, paper drapes, chair and x-ray wraps. Shields and barrier covers are always worn by the staff. We thoroughly clean then heat-sterilize all hand pieces and instruments after each use. The treatment room chairs, and instruments are cleaned, washed and disinfected between each patient. Computer digital image processing is the wave of the future in mediacl sciences. With this new technology we can mor rapidly diagnose and treat our patients. As a result we now have installed digital x-ray in all of our treatment rooms. Why is digital x-ray beneficial to you? For starters you are exposed to a lot less radiation, 75% less to be more precise. Secondly because there is no developing process, the results are availbale much faster and are stored on a computer so it can be viewed much quicker at any time.
